What is the minimum order quantity?

Effectively there is no minimum quantity for an order. We are committed to serving our customers needs whether it is 1 unit or 1000.

What is the return policy?

In general you can return any unopened and unused items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Opened or used items may only be returned if they are defective.

I cannot find the exact part I am looking for on your site?

Standard shipping is offered by default to keep the cost down. However, during the checkout process you may select a different shipping option (extra cost may apply).

If you do not see the exact transceiver you are searching for on our website, please submit a request for quote and we will be able to provide you with a quote.

What is the lead time after I place an order?

The lead time varies depending on the quantity and the part but we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. If you want to know exact lead times before placing an order, please contact us.

Do I have to buy online directly from your site?

Most of our customers buy directly online from our website for convenience. However, you can also submit a request for quote and we will respond and present you with alternative purchase options.

What brands are GigOptics transceivers compatible with?

GigOptics transceivers can be factory configured for full compatibility with brands such as Cisco, Juniper, Dell, HP, Huawei and many others. You can select a specific brand compatibility as you add a part to the cart.
